Припрема ученика за Дан сећања на стрељање цивила у Краљеву, октобра 1941. године
Данас су у пратњи наставнице Зорице Шћепановић ученици седмог разреда посетили Краљево. Посета је почела истраживањем у Народном музеју са којим школа ОШ „Петар Николић“ има дугогодишњу сарадњу. После музеја смо наставили до центра града где су ученици сами читали унапред припремљен материјал о историјату споменика српским ратницима. Затим смо обишли споменик страдалим Краљевчанима у ратовима деведесетих, после чега смо се упутили према железничкој станици испред које се у парку налази Споменик отпора и победе. Завршница ове посете је Спомен гробље на ком су ученици читали своје радове, гледали фотографије везане за тему истраживања, читали сведочанства преживелих и постављали наставници историје веома интересантна питања. Наставница историје је похвалила ученике за лепо понашање, дисциплину и знатижељу.
