Сваке године обележава се шести новембар, датум рођења Вука Караџића, нашегр еформатора језика и писма, лексикографа и сакупљача народних умотворина.
Тим поводом, наставница српског језика поставила је изложбу посвећену Вуковој недељи у холу матичне школе.
У наредним данима планира се спровођење различитих активности. Тако ће ученици виших разреда на часовима кроз презентације обновити најважније податке из Вукове биографије. Подсетиће се и тумачиће српске народне пословице и изреке, решаваће загонетке, учествоваће у квизу и такмичиће се у правилном изговору брзалица.
