Поводом Дана поезије – 21. марта, Литерарна секција наше школе обележила је овај датум
различитим активностима. Израдили смо зидне новине на којима су истакнуте мисли о
значају поезије у животу сваког човека јер сви су људи песници у срцу. Организована је и
радионица под називом „Поклони ми стих“, где су се ученици окушали у поетском
стваралаштву осмишљавајући стихове на различите теме. Такође, на часовима српског
језика читали смо и уживали у песмама за децу савремених аутора, а ученици који већ пишу
поезију, прочитали су своје радове пред одељењем. На крају смо охрабрили и остале да се
усуде и почну са креативним изражавањем кроз писање песама јер како је једном речено:
„Попут перја рајске птице, песма је оно што нас штити од мраза и обичности.“
